When going through dark times, we sometimes can’t see the brighter sides of the life. Everything seems dark, somber and hopeless.
This album is a very personal expression of myself. It describes how the “black dog”, depression, determines my life and takes away the joy of all the beautiful things in life.
Putting these feelings and thoughts into music helps me a little to keep the upper hand in dark phases.
I wish everyone who is in such a situation a lot of strength and energy.
